Unit 4，Fenton Summer Lodge

Great room but poor customer service Positive: It was a very spacious unit. Everything was nice and tidy when I arrived. Negative: The person answering the emails should do a customer service course. There was no warmth in the correspondence. I acknowledged I received the codes and stated my arrival time, response to "read previous email." Received an email about check out procedures, which finished with "Let me know when the room is vacant." Check out is 10am, but I thought ok. I let them know in the morning that I left, but I never received a reply. Worked in a hotel for years, and that just comes across as someone hating their job.

Good one night stay Positive: Recently renovated inside so very new and fresh. Good position to attractions and Main Street. Negative: The outside was old and shabby. A complete contrast to the rooms. No owner or manager was on site. An outside setting would have been appreciated.
