Spacious home on landing drive

Ok for what we came to Tauranga for Positive: Location

Positive: There was enough space and room for all 7 of us to stay it had a great outdoor area fans and good beds in each room enough setting inside beautiful table and chairs. Like it had most of our needs meet Negative: Didn't like that we didn't have enough towels and one of the gas elements did not work write so it was hard to cook on and only one teaspoon .

Positive: A one night stay in a very clean and comfortable suburban house. It had all that was needed by four fellows who had a room each. Se.f-catering, laundry, lavatory and showering facilities were aree very fine. We were very happy with it.

Disappointed when compared to amount of money it cost. Only bonus was amount of bedrooms Positive: Location Negative: House was dirty, not well equipped and rather dated. Drove up to rubbish bags at front door from previous stay.

Enjoyed having my family all together under one big house Positive: Nice big house and rooms fit all my family beds comfy, huge kitchen which i loved. Outside patio very nice next time will book in summer. Negative: No access to spa, now I know why it wasn't in the pictures Massive stains on the couch Neighbours rubbish bin was excessively overflowing and onto the property had to kick the rubbish back on there side smell was disgusting! Cars parked everywhere no off st parking area very cramped up. Couldn't get rid of ants in the main upstairs bathroom
