Location and carpark was perfect. The laundry was in a separate place with stairs, no handrails, no windows and damp Positive: A smell of mould when entering the room. No windows and damp Negative: Clean and new bathroom and good kitchen facilities

Spacious, newly renovated & refurbished unit. Central location - walkable to neighbourhood cafes, Positive: Unit has been recently renovated and furnished & is spacious. On site parking available. Central location - walkable to neighbourhood cafes, short drive to the city and other attractions. Negative: Only fresh air ventilation and natural light to the unit, is via the front door, which is off the passage way entry - there are no windows in the unit, except in the bathroom. A fan was available - this unit may be very hot during summer, without the ability to create a breeze through the unit. When we left the door open for ventilation, we could hear other guests convo's. The exterior of the units has not been updated and does not create a positive impression.
